Power Supplies

Enercon Power Systems' power supplies are designed to be utilized for a wide range of applications including: treating, tempering, annealing, epitaxial(crystal) growth, catheter tipping, plasma sputtering, hardening, coating, CVD/PECVD, brazing, and soldering. The power supplies are offered in SCR, IGBT and MOSFET.

General Features

  • Enercon Power Systems utilizes the latest technology in all EPSI power supplies.
  • EPSI power supplies can deliver optimum heating frequencies ranging from 180 Hz to 200 kHz, and with output powers of 1 kW to 4000 kW.
  • Accurate power regulation of ±1% with line variations up to ±10%.
  • Line power factor of 0.95, regardless of load.
  • Simplified Operation:
    • Process control capability as a standard, ±10 V DC heat command
    • Remote/Local heat controls
    • Internal heat cycle timer standard
    • Power, voltage and current meters standard
    • Tapped output transformer for ease of tuning
