Enercon Power Systems' power
supplies are designed to be utilized for a wide
range of applications including: treating, tempering, annealing, epitaxial(crystal)
growth, catheter tipping, plasma sputtering, hardening, coating, CVD/PECVD,
brazing, and soldering.
The power supplies are offered in SCR, IGBT
and MOSFET.
